Whoa!

 Just a quick follow-up.

Two wise women in the advisory part of my life both suggested that it is not too late to re-partner, that there are plenty of men in their seventies and eighties who are looking for companionship and friendship. With that in mind last week, at my favourite coffee shop (where I know most of the regulars), I noticed a fellow I hadn't seen before - right age and eating by himself. As you know, I am not backward in coming forward so I went over to introduce myself. I abandoned the project without speaking a word. His false teeth were on the side of his plate of food! Enough said!
